Alumio version 3.119.0 makes day-to-day work in the dashboard easier to move through. The task detail view now opens larger with entity data expanded, storages open on the Entities tab, and the route detail page has a dedicated tab for Incoming logs. Alongside that, the release resolves a set of reliability issues affecting filtered exports, cached authentication tokens, space setup, and permission-based buttons.

Here’s what’s new and improved with Alumio version 3.119.0:

New and improved

A clearer view of large tasks

The task detail view has been resized, and entity data payloads are now shown expanded by default, so you don’t need an extra click to see them. To switch the task view between modal and page layout, go to the User preferences page and select the corresponding option.

Get to your entities and generic configurations faster

The Entities tab is now the default view for storages, and generic subscribers and publishers have moved to the top of the list.

Check incoming activity from the route itself

The route detail page now includes a dedicated tab for Incoming logs, so you can review activity without leaving the page.

Enter URLs without the http prefix

You can now enter a URL without the http:// or https:// prefix in your configurations. Alumio automatically adds the correct prefix for you.
Across the dashboard, including the Login page and Support menu, help links now open our new documentation site instead of the old forum.

Know when a data engine becomes available

A help text now explains that data engines only become available once they’ve finished their current job. It appears wherever data engines can be rearranged, so it’s clear why a space might not start a new data engine right away.

Fixes

Fixed empty files when exporting filtered entities

Fixed an issue where exporting entities from a storage with a filter applied always produced an empty file. Filtered exports now correctly include the matching entities.

Fixed unexpected failures when a cached authentication token was missing

Resolved a problem where certain incoming configurations could fail unexpectedly when the cached authentication token was missing. The system now automatically reauthenticates instead of showing an error.

Fixed an internal error that interrupted space setup

Fixed a bug where an internal error during space setup could occasionally interrupt the sync process. Space creation is now more reliable.

Fixed truncated request URLs in logs

Solved an issue where long request URLs shown in logs were cut off and hard to read. The full URL is now shown when you expand the log details.

Fixed uneditable task entity data in list format

Resolved a problem where task entity data could not be edited when it was formatted as a list. You can now edit this data as expected.

Fixed API key buttons showing for view-only users

Fixed a bug where users with view-only access could see options to create or delete API keys, even though these actions weren’t available to them. These buttons are now hidden for users without the right permissions.
