Alerts notify you by email when something goes wrong in your integrations, so you don’t have to monitor them manually. Navigate to More → System → Alerts for the environment-wide overview, or configure alerts directly on the Alerts tab within any Route or Incoming configuration. Recipients is a centralised list of reusable notification targets that can be referenced across multiple alert configurations. Navigate to More → System → Alerts → Recipients. To create a recipient, click Create, enter a name, optionally add a description, and select a prototype:
  • Email recipient –– sends alert notifications to an email address.
  • Webhook recipient –– posts alert notifications to a webhook URL.
Recipients can be filtered by name, creation date, or last updated date, and deleted individually. Creating recipients centrally means you can update a notification target in one place without editing each alert configuration individually.
