Users control who has access to your Alumio environment and at what level. Navigate to More → Access control → Users. Four roles are available:
  • System administrator –– the highest level of access within an Alumio environment. They can create, edit, and delete Spaces, assign Data Engines to Spaces, and add users to Spaces. System Administrators also have full access to all Spaces within the environment, regardless of how individual Space access is configured.
  • Administrator –– full access with no restrictions, including adding and managing other users.
  • Editor –– can create, edit, delete, and run configurations and processes, but cannot manage users or access the Settings > Users menu.
  • Viewer –– read-only access. Can view configurations, run processes, export data, and use the Transformer tester, but cannot create, edit, or delete anything.
To add a user, click +, enter their email address, and assign a role. Alumio supports multiple login methods, including Google, Microsoft, Azure AD, SAML, Okta, and others. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all users.
